WUCA Safety & Insurance Committee Update Since our last newsletter, the following presentations were made to the WUCA Safety & Insurance Committee. On December 14, 2012 guest speaker was Investigator Jeffrey P. Swan, Compliance Review Investigator, Motor Carrier Enforcement Investigation Unit, Wisconsin State Patrol Southeast Region. He spoke about medical cards, securing a load, tie down requirements, and CSA changes.
