The first two-day session <strong>of</strong> Leadership is all about team building,<br />
trust, cooperation, and encouragement. The weather was<br />
perfect for the challenge course at the Heart <strong>of</strong> Texas Baptist<br />
Encampment and at the end <strong>of</strong> the day, everyone was fired up<br />
and invigorated. During the 2nd day leadership skills training,<br />
the class becomes very well acquainted and equipped with the<br />
skills needed to complete the Leadership course. The class was<br />
all smiles, mixed with a little unique humor, and was ready to<br />
kick <strong>of</strong>f the year!<br />

Junior Leadership Forum To Host Area High School Students<br />
Almost 100 high school students spent the day last year with Leadership Alumni members who served as facilitators<br />
for the annual Junior Leadership Forum. Students participated in leadership skills training exercises as<br />
