The Serious Suzi warranty covers only the products manufactured by<br />
Serious Suzi. It is in no way to be construed that we cover any<br />
consequential damage. We will repair or in most cases replace any<br />
faulty part at no charge, but we do not pay for fitting/recovery/towing or<br />
any other related expense.<br />
If a product has been self fitted, you may still have full warranty but only<br />
if the fitting work is up to Serious Suzi standard. This can be verified by<br />
having the installation checked by Serious Suzi. This can be proved in<br />
writing.<br />
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY<br />
1. Serious Suzi warrants the product against faulty manufacture for a<br />
period of 2 years from the date of purchase.<br />
2. The warranty is on the product only.<br />
3. Serious Suzi will replace or repair the faulty item - we do not pay for<br />
consequential damage, towing, labour etc.<br />
4. Serious Suzi retains full title of the product until it is paid for in full.<br />
5. To obtain warranty it is the responsibility of the customer to return the<br />
product to us.<br />
6. Serious Suzi will pay for freight out but not freight in.<br />
7. Serious Suzi is not responsible for any stock that is lost or damaged in<br />
transit.<br />
8. Any goods specifically ordered in may not be returned.<br />
