Project brief description : 

Project details : The project goal is to develop the shore that extents 

till al maameer village, develop both islands in the middle of the sea so 

as to procure pavement that extents at the shore facing both islands . 

Project area: 40,000 sq M. 

Project location: AL maameer village with the extend of Shaikh Gabber 

Al Ahmed Al Sobah avenue . 

Project components: The project consists of pavement ,sittings facing 

the sea, with all island contents like : playing yards, cafeteria, fishing 

areas, marine harbor that contains boats, water games with spending 

summer and swimming areas.

Project Title: Al Mahooz park 

program of parks design , amusement projects and beautification. 


Project details : The project is one single park from number of parks 

in the interior areas and it is located in the south of Al Mahooz. 

Project area: 200 sq M. 

Project location: At the south of Al Mahooz. 

Project components: The park consists of kids amusement places, 

separated adult playing yard , green area for family amusement and 

relaxation . The park has been designated to be wide enough to contain 

the residents from different ages.

Project details : The project is a recreation of the existing park in 

Al hed area, maintaining it, to add athletic track around the park

sheltered areas for family relaxation . In addition to kiosks and services 

building, e.g. : bathrooms, new mosque recently instituted in the park.

project brief description: 

Project details : the project is a recreation of the historical springs and the 

area around it, to recreate part of Bahrain heritage, also to encourage family 

amusement in the kingdom.

Area of the project: 5000 sq. M. area 

Components of the project: the project is a spring for adults and another for 

children. There is a park around the spring for rest and amusement, with 

sheltered sittings, games, different services .The old mosque will be united to 

the park in a traditional architectural character

commercial stores, playing, and amusement yards for children. This area is 

connected with pavement extends all along the coast and leads to all utilities

Brief description of the project: 

project details : The project is a recreation of Al Andalus Park which is 

considered one of the most important parks in center of Manama, and to 

connect it with the nearby park of Al Sal mania. Also to benefit from the 

strategic location of the park to decorate of the streets and the nearby area. 

Location of the project: Manama – Capital governorate 

Area of the project: 2,6 Hectare 

Components of the project: The project consists of pavement around the park 

and open space for festivals, children playing yards, sunshades for family 

amusement, gymnasium, big building for investment. With more attention to 

landscaping, also to add aquatic elements to the park, services buildings and 

kiosks.

Project details : The project is to construct a bridge that connects between 

the residential area nearby Al ghoss avenue and the suggested shore to secure

The project is promotion of marine frontage for the eastern coast which extends

pavement facing the sea, change current fence; add line of palm trees all along 

the length of the coast and to add some sunshades and amusement, entertaining 

games.

Project Title: kids playing yards 

Project brief description : Children are Allah beloveds , therefore they 

should be raised properly mentally and physically . to give them the ability 

and capability to serve their country and society. They need play and enjoy 

to grow up with good psychology on contrast child restraint will result in 

serious psychological problems which the child will suffers from until he 

grows up . Now a days the games that the children used to play in the 

neighborhood had diminished .That sort of games used to gather children 

to know each other and to develop their abilities and capabilities . It is very 

difficult to return these games or theses gatherings and the parks in our 

country are relatively few and not habitually visited by people as before, 

that is due to negligence of maintenance, development of many of these 

parks. 

Therefore we altogether should work to increase the number of children 

parks to ensure every single child his chance of play and joy. With regards 

to psychological ,social situation of children who visit these parks because 

every child has his own interest ,e.g. Some of kids prefer sandy games, 

others prefer climbing , the rest prefer jogging .Enough number of these 

parks between the residential areas , with designs that suits children and 

ensure every family with the proper place to spend its leisure time in fun 

and abilities promotion in order to assist these children to become a 

productive citizens to serve this country.

Project Brief description 

Project details: the project is beautification of Bahrain national Museum main 

entrance. Starting from Ahmed al Fattih Avenue and the bridge of Shaikh

Project details : The project is to demolish the current mosque existing in Om 

Al Shoom, rebuild a new one in the same place and area , alter the direction of 

al Kiblah (toward the kaaba ) and to connect the mosque with the proposed 

park.

Project components: The project consist of praying place, ablution place, 

toilet , sheltered balcony facing the spring in order to connect the mosque and 

the spring to reflect the harmony between both the mosque and the spring.

This project will be accomplished in three stages which is:

project components: : The project consist of pavement of one K.M. in 

length. with a nice park of fantasy games leads to an open area facing the sea 

with number of kiosks and sheltered sittings with palm trees . From that yard 

there are wooden bridges for boasts and fishing . There is a suggestion to 

establish a private space for families car promenade, barbecue, relaxation in a 

large green area and kids playing yards to realize and ensure family 

amusement in the kingdom.

addition to that the beautification of Al Fatih Avenue in the capital and 

beautification of the crown prince round pond the at Al Riffa Avenue .

Project components: The project consist of plant boxes all along with the Al 

Istiqlal Avenue .There is a suggestion to fix fiber glass plants boxes .Additionally 

there is a suggestion to fix a temporary fountain of the same material in the round 

pond of Isa town gate, The project also consist of beautification of the round ponds 

,palm trees plantation ,landscaping. Al Fatih avenue will be decorated by 

replacing the palm trees and beautification of the intersections located in the 

same avenue.

Project details : The project is development of historical spring of Al Raha, to 

regain the cultural and heritage value of that spring. In addition to that to promote

complied with the specific nature of project location. The project is located 

between the industrial area and the residential area in the island of Sitra .

Project location: Capital governorate – Southern governorate 

Project components: The project concentrates on beautification of both 

sides of the street , provide concrete plant boxes , decorate the street with 

decorated bricks and other beautification elements which enhance the nice 

scene of the street ,develop & decorate the intersections and the high 

bridges that exist in the same avenue.

Malkia park with area of4,175 sq.M. Combined municipality services will 

construct these park as soon as to provide citizens of that areas with best

concept, had been concluded to develop the site so all the parties can benefit

copy to the municipality council to study the subject and to select the appropriate 

proposal .

Project Title: problem of Om Al Hassem citizens 


The study is an attempt to find solutions to three main problems Om Al 

Hassem citizens are experiencing .upon directions ,the engineers of studies 

and Research Division had visited the site to prepare primary report about 

these problems which can be summarized as follows : 

Cars garage in the middle of the residential area which causes health, 

environment damages. 

Om Al Hassem only park totally neglected , in its current situation the 

citizens can not benefit from it. 

Drainage water tank inside the park which causes uncivilized scene of the 

park, in addition to that it is located in front of mosque kiblah (direction of 

Mecca ) and that bars the mosque extension. 

All information that had been gathered along with those taken from the site 

had been studied to prepare a whale study about the problems with suggested 

recommendations .

According to the last government policy to permit the possession of apartments in the 

buildings, a proposal had been drafted about enforcement mechanism for the decisions 

made in this concern. That is through the corporation 

between the Municipalities and cadastre registration to grantee the rights of citizen. 

Detailed study has been disposed about the enforcement mechanism of the decisions of 

landlords union that concern the buildings which had been bought as apartments. 

According to the fact that the landlords union is the group that represents the apartments 

owners in one building to finalize all the building process, and to coordinates with data 

base directorate in order to issue the application form of the landlords unionis 

registration in the municipalities.

Title of the project :Urban observatory in the Kingdom of Bahrain 

Brief description of the project : Urban observatory is an indicator for the urban 

situation .It indicates the pattern at the national level , feedback the decision and 

policy makers with information . From the organizational sides, the indicator can 

be part of Ministry of Agriculture and Municipalities affairs (Municipalities 

affairs) .The indicator is kind of special data base to collect ,analysis , and use 

the urban indicators , in designing the urban development policies at all levels. 

Also to follow up ,evaluate those policies .According to the small size of 

Kingdom of Bahrain , its limited population, it has been suggested to establish a 

national urban indicator so as to connect it to the local counsels to feet it back 

with information in order to make policies that cover every single citizen in the 

Bahraini society. The indicators which the observatory can depend on are : 

-The standard of poverty and the method to eliminate it . 

- The method to establish , transfer the earnings of the families and to improve the 

utility of its productive resources. 

-Increase work opportunities , improve the income standard. 

-Find methods to increase the families productivity. 

- Develop financial methods which contribute in the public income , the public 

state expenses and environment protection. 

Municipalities combined services through the Urban observatory will support 

Municipalities to take decisions ,to help the local development plans through the 

basic services to utilize the lands , regulate Municipalities services e.g. : residence 

, educational ,cultural , health, recreation , etc., additionally it will Increase the 

urban combined administration through the partnership between government 

represented in the Municipalities services participating in Municipalities affairs 

and the local authorities represented in the local counsels in the Municipalities.
