Here at <strong>Graceland</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oklahoma</strong> <strong>Dealers</strong> we want to encourage our customers to do their<br />
research before purchasing a <strong>Graceland</strong> Portable Building. We feel that once you see and<br />
feel the difference between our quality buildings and the others that are out there today, that<br />
you will come back to <strong>Graceland</strong> every time. So here are a few FACTS that we want you to<br />
know about our buildings.<br />

to ventilate their buildings. In FACT, most <strong>of</strong> the<br />
time these simple 12” x 10” vents are considered<br />
“Dummy Vents” that don't allow adequate air<br />
circulation in the building. This would end up<br />
ruining your belongings, keepsakes or even rust<br />
on the chrome <strong>of</strong> your motorcycle.<br />

Our patented “S<strong>of</strong>fit” ventilation is unique. this is<br />
due to the vents running the down the complete<br />
both side <strong>of</strong> our buildings that works with our<br />
Ridgeline ventilation at the peak <strong>of</strong> every one <strong>of</strong><br />
our buildings. This in FACT will allow cool air<br />
to enter the sides <strong>of</strong> our buildings and allow the<br />
hot air to escape through the top. Keeping our<br />
buildings 15-20 degrees cooler inside. By the<br />
way, our Ridgeline ventilation system is also<br />
screen<br />

building is rated to withstand 35 mile per hour<br />
winds or 50 mph and how they would respond?<br />
Well here is our response.<br />
We secure each <strong>of</strong> our <strong>Graceland</strong> Buildings with<br />
patented Hurricane clips from the floor to the<br />
ceiling. Our buildings are in FACT rated for<br />
150+ winds and we have pro<strong>of</strong> that our buildings<br />
will keep the items you place inside one <strong>of</strong> our<br />
buildings will be safe.
