We are currently involved in several of projects in this area.Bottling <strong>and</strong> PackagingOur deep experience in bottling <strong>and</strong> packaging includes managing the implementation of new bottling lines,monitoring wine performance in supply chains, life-cycle assessment of wine, supporting packaging changedecisions <strong>and</strong> developing quality management systems for off-site bottling.Water Planning & ImprovementWinery <strong>and</strong> vineyard water planning includes evaluation of supplies, options for alternative supplies, valuingstrategic use of water licences, water use efficiency, treatment plant capacity planning, treatment plantperformance evaluation, effective management of salts in wineries <strong>and</strong> in irrigation systems.Turnkey solutionsExtensive experience in importation of parts <strong>and</strong> specialist machinery, implementation of turnkeyautomation systems, structuring of delivery agreements between overseas manufacturers <strong>and</strong> clients in thewine, food, beverage manufacturing <strong>and</strong> resources industries.EnvironmentOur experience includes the review of the Australian wine carbon calculator, supporting regionalenvironmental program development, site auditing for water use, wastewater management, saltmanagement, environmentally driven asset management <strong>and</strong> ISO compliance systems.Systems ApproachesWe have significant experience in systems approaches to performance improvement, driven by an analysisof the whole of the business to identify the highest opportunity areas for improvement.
