This requirement will be incorporated in the coreprivilege forms as a necessary requirement for all Medical Staff Members and Allied HealthPractitioners who may utilize these services within Mercy.This policy reflects the Ohio Department of Health Administrative Code Section 3701-84 as itpertains to hospital maternity units and maternity homes, Cardiac Cath lab and RadiationOncology Department which requires all persons involved with patients and activities in thematernity unit, Cardiac Cath lab and Radiation Oncology Department to have a health evaluationand a tuberculin test on an annual basis.31
