Oh, that is in the King James Version, authorized in 1611, andformed the strongest evidence for the Doctrine of the Trinity. Butnow this part, "the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: andthese are one," has been expunged in the Revised StandardVersion of 1952 and 1911 and in many other Bibles, as it was agloss that had encroached on the Greek text.I John 5:7 and 8 in the New American Standard Bible reads asfollows: "And it is the Spirit who bear witness, because the Spiritis truth. For there are three that bear witness, the Spirit ant thewater and the blood. and the three are in agreement." Also. in theNew World Translation of the Holy Scripture used by theJehovah's Witnesses, you will find: "For there are three witnessbearers. the spirit and the water and the blood, and the three are inagreement." I can understand if you don't know that this importantpart has been removed, but I wonder why many ministers andpreachers are not aware ofthis.The Trinity is not Biblical, The Word Trinity is not even in theBible or Bible dictionaries, was never taught by Jesus and wasnever mentioned by him. There is no basis or proof in the Biblewhatsoever for the acceptance of the Trinity.C. But in Matthew 28:19 we srill find: ". ..baptizing them in thename of the Father, and of the Son. and of the Holy Spirit." Thispart is not removed yet; is this not a proof of Trinity?
