THE CITY OF STRONGSVILLE<strong>Old</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> <strong>Renovation</strong> <strong>Project</strong>FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION<strong>Old</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>Hall</strong><strong>The</strong> newly renovated and updated<strong>Old</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> in Strongsvilleprovides a historical backdropperfect for your next party,shower, or meeting.Let the Strongsville RecreationDepartment help you planyour next special occasionat <strong>Old</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>Hall</strong>.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers two rooms eachseating 75 people.Rental includes an on-site supervisor, one-half hour for set-up,and one-half for tear down. Kitchen use optional for additionalfee. <strong>Hall</strong> may be rented Sunday through Saturday, 8am-12midnight. Two hour rental minimum.Amenities include heating and air conditioning, tables andchairs, stage, DSL line, sound system, dishwasher, microwaveoven, oven, convection oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer,steamer and sink. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> is handicap accessible.A deposit is required within three days <strong>of</strong> the reservation tosecure the rental agreement. Room deposit with kitchen use is$300. Room deposit without kitchen use is $100. Deposits arenon-refundable.Cancellations must be made no less than two weeks in advanceor a refund will not be granted.Alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is to be provided by the renterand an alcohol permit is required for events selling alcohol.A security guard is required for those serving alcohol. This willbe arranged for you in cooperation with the Strongsville PoliceDepartment. <strong>The</strong> fee for the guard is $30/hour(4 hourminimum) and is paid directly to the <strong>of</strong>ficer on the day <strong>of</strong> theevent.For more details please call:Sherri Rezac at 440.580.3260x5278
