Remove the Jack-Luber TM unit from the bearing.2. Remove the retaining ring.JACK-LUBER TMCartridge ReplacementBATTERYPACKTOPCOVER3. Separate the cartridge from the drive assembly.4. Attach the new cartridge, making sure that the o-ring is installed.Line up the motor drive with the jackscrew, then join the unitstogether, making sure that the notches on the drive unit and seatinto keyways on the cartridge.DRIVEASSEMBLYRETAININGRING5. Tighten the retaining ring.6. Replace the battery pack by removing the top cover, unpluggingthe pack, installing the new pack and connecting it to the circuitboard assembly.7. Confirm your DIP switch setting with the dispensing rate chart andthen replace the top cover.O-RINGREPLACEMENTGREASE CARTRIDGE8.
