Exhibits WILL NOT be open on Saturday morning so you will have to talk your parents into giving youthe $$$$$ before you go to All-State! <strong>Arkansas</strong> Music Conference - February 13-16, 2013ArkCDA <strong>and</strong> ASBOA STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCTSTUDENT_______________________________ SCHOOL ______________________________________ALL-STATE CHAPERONE__________________________________________________(The <strong>Arkansas</strong> Activities <strong>Association</strong> requires that a certified teacher or a responsible adult authorizedin writing by the school accompany the student.)This CODE OF CONDUCT is issued in keeping with the goal of providing the finest musical experiencepossible for members of the All-State organizations. No student will be allowed to participate in an All-Stateorganization without completing this form <strong>and</strong> returning it to his/her director before the conference. Thedirectors will be responsible for having these forms with them at the conference.1. Students are responsible for all their own personal possessions - jewelry, instruments, equipment, etc.2. Students must remain reasonably quiet at all times in the hotel. Televisions, tape or CD players mustremain at low levels.3. No student will leave the hotel without proper adult supervision.4. No items may be charged to the room (room service, phone calls, etc.).5. Room check will begin at 10:45 p.m. - the All-State curfew is at 11:00 p.m. Students must be in theirown rooms at this time <strong>and</strong> must not leave their rooms after this time except in cases of emergency.6. Possession or use of alcoholic beverages, or controlled substances (drugs or illegal materials) will notbe tolerated.7. Prompt attendance at all rehearsals <strong>and</strong> performances is m<strong>and</strong>atory. Tardiness will not be tolerated.8. Students are expected to be on their best behavior at all times. Inappropriate behavior in <strong>and</strong> outsideof rehearsals will not be tolerated. Cell phones <strong>and</strong> other non-medical electronic devices must beturned off during rehearsals.9. Students are under all ArkCDA, ASBOA, AAA, Music Conference <strong>and</strong> individual school policies.It is understood by students, parents, directors, chaperones <strong>and</strong> administrators that any infraction of theabove rules of conduct constitutes grounds for dismissal from the All-State Conference/Clinic.
