Potsdamer Platz is the throbbing centre of an exciting metropolis: a world-class international business<br />
centre, and at the same time a lively city district with many superlatives. Up to 100,000 people come to<br />
this square every day in order to experience the unique mix of offi ces, apartments, art and culture,<br />
entertainment, shopping, hotels, restaurants and service businesses. Numerous renowned international<br />
companies have opened their headquarters at Potsdamer Platz.<br />
The quarter comprises 19 buildings, ten streets and three squares. Aside from offi ces and apartments,<br />
the area features two hotels, two cinemas, three theatres, a casino, two nightclubs, two health centres,<br />
a shopping centre with over 130 boutique shops, as well as around 30 restaurants, bars and cafés.
