This program is for members of theSelected Reserve. The Selected Reserve includesthe Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, CoastGuard, Army National Guard, and Air NationalGuard. The reserve components decide who is eligiblefor the program.Vocational Rehabilitation Assistance(Chapter 31)Vocational Rehabilitation is a program of servicesfor service members and veterans with service-connectedphysical or mental disabilities.Post-Vietnam Era Veterans’ EducationalAssistance Program (Chapter 32)Under VEAP, active duty personnel voluntarilyparticipated in a plan for education or training inwhich their savings were administered and addedto by federal government.
