Note that this is aclosed tender and is not being advertised.This project is located in the Northern Cape Province in the Kareeberg and Karoo Hoogland MunicipalDistricts. Note that this tender is for the rectification of snags on the 33kV MeerKAT power line only –no alternative offers in this regard will be accepted.Tenderer’s shall note that the functional criteria and maximum score in respect of each of the criteriaapplicable to this Tender are as follows:# Quality Criteria Points1234.ResourcesProvide a list of skilled persons that will be used on this project. The qualifications, pastexperience and function on the project must be listed. Resources will be evaluated in terms ofeach person with suitable skills that will be used on this project.Track Record and ExperienceBriefly describe the organisation’s history and track record. List previous projects that requiredsimilar skills and were of similar value that were successfully completed in the past five (5) years.Note that the tenderer should have mostly used his in-house resources on the projects. Projectswhere a large proportion of the necessary skills were subcontracted will not be seen as projects ofthe tenderer.Quality of WorkQuality of work will be based on information received from references supplied by the tenderer.Points will be allocated for each reference positively reporting on the following:• good quality of work• responsiveness and availability• resolving of problems and issuesTenderers shall be required to provide a minimum of four (4) reference letters.Method StatementDescribe the method and approach that will be used in addressing the scope of work. The methodstatement should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the scope of work, clearly stating theproposed solution and the extent to which the proposed solution addresses the requirements.152010205.Deployment PlanInclude a deployment plan, clearly indicating delivery timelines (especially of long lead items),planning and execution time frames.
