Toursthat do not have sufficient registration numbers as of June 25 may be cancelled,so be sure to register early!CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYAttendee cancellation of tours prior to June 25 must be made in writing.Cancellations made prior to June 25 will be refunded less a $20 administrativefee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations (for any reason) received afterJune 25, and no refunds will be issued on-site in Richmond.Richmond Discoveries reserves the right to cancel any and all tours for whichthe minimum number of participants required to operate the tour is not met.Any tour not meeting the minimum number of registrants by the pre-registrationdeadline (June 25) is subject to cancellation by Richmond Discoveries. In caseof cancellation by Richmond Discoveries, participants will be notified in advanceand a full refund will be made.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONRichmond Discoveries will staff an on-site tour desk at the RichmondConvention Center near the M&M 2009 general registration desk.All tours will depart from and return to the Richmond Convention Center. Tourparticipants should arrive 15 minutes before departure and check in with thetour guide before boarding the bus.Neither Richmond Discoveries nor the M&M meeting is responsible for lost ordamaged articles, traffic delays, accidents, strikes, riots, war, governmentalaction or regulation, acts of God, or other causes over which the parties have nocontrol.Please note that some historic attractions are not universally accessible.
