Cash claims are available at most major institutions.There is a limit of $105 per invoice, and your medical bill musthave already been paid by you.Unpaid accountsIf you have not paid your medical or hospital bill, the benefit willbe paid:• to the nominated health care provider (eg. doctor or hospital).You are responsible for any ‘co-payment’ payable to the provider.In some instances our claims officers will contact you to requestmore information.
