[lath March, <strong>1954</strong>1An Act to provide for the withdrawal <strong>of</strong> certain sums from r<strong>and</strong>out <strong>of</strong> the Consolidated Fund <strong>of</strong> India for the service <strong>of</strong>a part <strong>of</strong> the financial year <strong>1954</strong>-55.B E it enacted by Parliament as follows: -1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Appropriation (V~teon Account) Act, <strong>1954</strong>.2. Withdrawal <strong>of</strong> Rs. 262,80,85,000 from <strong>and</strong> out <strong>of</strong> the ConsolidatedFund <strong>of</strong> India for the financial year 19$4-55.-~rom <strong>and</strong> out<strong>of</strong> the Consolidated Fund <strong>of</strong> India there may be withdrawn sumspot ,exceeding those specified in column 3 <strong>of</strong> the Schedule amountingin the aggregate to the sum <strong>of</strong> two hundred <strong>and</strong> sixty-two crores,eighty lakhs <strong>and</strong> eighty-five thous<strong>and</strong> rupees towards defraying theseveral Charges which will come in course <strong>of</strong> payment during thefinancial year <strong>1954</strong>-55.3.
