If a photo ID card is required, please canyou ensure they have attached a passport-size photograph and their name is writtenon the reverse of the photograph.Specialised Sales, Northern Rail Ltd, The Travel Centre,Leeds Station, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4DYOr alternatively email the application form and phototo specialist.sales@northernrail.org2 The season ticket will be issued and sent back to the companyco-ordinator for distribution to the ticket holder.If the employee requires a price for a season ticket then theycan email corporate.sales@northernrail.org3 The company will then be invoiced for anyseason tickets purchased that month.PaymentEmployersPayments can be made in three ways:• Company credit card• Company cheque• Credit account – you will need to fill in a credit accountapplication form to send to our Accounts Department for approval.Employee’sWhy not introduce a company loan scheme to help employee’s with easy payment terms?Staff can pay back the loan, through salary deductions, over a period of time. As the seasonticket only lasts for a year we wouldn’t recommend any longer than 12 months to pay it back.Financial arrangements between companies and staffIt is entirely up to you who is included in the loan scheme. Please be aware that under currentlegislation companies who issue season tickets to staff without charge or who contribute towardsthe cost of them should contact the Inland Revenue for further advice on ‘benefits in kind’.
