Processing applications1 Once you have a completed application form from your employee, the applicationform should be sent to the address below. If a photo ID card is required, please c<strong>an</strong>you ensure they have attached a passport-size photograph <strong>an</strong>d their name is writtenon the reverse of the photograph.Specialised Sales, <strong>Northern</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> Ltd, The Travel Centre,Leeds Station, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4DYOr alternatively email the application form <strong>an</strong>d phototo specialist.sales@northernrail.org2 The season ticket will be issued <strong>an</strong>d sent back to the comp<strong>an</strong>yco-ordinator for distribution to the ticket holder.If the employee requires a price for a season ticket then theyc<strong>an</strong> email corporate.sales@northernrail.org3 The comp<strong>an</strong>y will then be invoiced for <strong>an</strong>yseason tickets purchased that month.PaymentEmployersPayments c<strong>an</strong> be made in three ways:• Comp<strong>an</strong>y credit card• Comp<strong>an</strong>y cheque• Credit account – you will need to fill in a credit accountapplication form to send to our Accounts Department for approval.Employee’sWhy not introduce a comp<strong>an</strong>y lo<strong>an</strong> scheme to help employee’s <strong>with</strong> easy payment terms?Staff c<strong>an</strong> pay back the lo<strong>an</strong>, through salary deductions, over a period of time. As the seasonticket only lasts for a year we wouldn’t recommend <strong>an</strong>y longer th<strong>an</strong> 12 months to pay it back.Fin<strong>an</strong>cial arr<strong>an</strong>gements between comp<strong>an</strong>ies <strong>an</strong>d staffIt is entirely up to you who is included in the lo<strong>an</strong> scheme. Please be aware that under currentlegislation comp<strong>an</strong>ies who issue season tickets to staff <strong>with</strong>out charge or who contribute towardsthe cost of them should contact the Inl<strong>an</strong>d Revenue for further advice on ‘benefits in kind’.
