It contains numerous practical tips andadvice and identifies the main issues connected to successfully running the practice. It has beenidentified as an area where practice managers and doctors alike have a keen interest, and a lot ofimportant information is contained in the guide.Time is allocated to each of us equally. Sixty minutes an hour, twenty-four hours a day, seven days aweek for fifty-two weeks in a year. No one gets any more or any less than anyone else. Wasted timecan never be reclaimed. However, there is always tomorrow: no matter how time is mismanagedtoday, there is always a chance to do better tomorrow.This guide introduces the concept of time management for doctors and practice staff.
