Brennan, President and CEO of Clearview Federal CreditUnion, began his career with the credit union in 1991 as Assistant VicePresident – Human Resources of US Airways Federal Credit Union, thepredecessor of Clearview.Mr. Brennan was promoted to Vice President – Human Resources &Training in 1993. In that capacity, he had the responsibility for thedirection of the credit union as it related to human resources, training,executive management development and employee relations. He was alsoresponsible for management’s strategic planning process, and formentoring senior managers in career and executive development.Prior to joining Clearview, Mr. Brennan worked as Supervisor/SeniorEmployee Relations Representative for US Airways, Inc., and before thatwas Manager – Human Resources for Robert Morris University.In 2005, Mr. Brennan was named to the Government Affairs Committee(GAC) of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (PCUA). He servedon the Executive Committee, and was past Chairman, of the Credit UnionNational Association (CUNA) Human Resources Council. He served onthe Executive Committee of the CUNA Council Forum from 1996-2002and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business/economics fromthe University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science – human resourcemanagement from LaRoche College. He has also taken courses in financeand leadership development at the CUNA Management School and theFilene Institute.Mr. Brennan grew up in the South Hills and is a resident of BethelPark, Pennsylvania.

Gary FordBranch Manager - Hopewell Township BranchClearview ® Federal Credit UnionGary Ford, manager of Clearview Federal Credit Union’s Hopewell Townshipbranch, has over nine years experience in the financial industry, the last four asa Branch Manager.Prior to joining Clearview, Mr. Ford worked at various Allegheny and BeaverCounty national retail banking locations. Beginning his career in the financialindustry as a Sales and Services Representative, Mr. Ford attained multiplepromotions, resulting in a managerial position. As a Branch Manager, hefocused on business growth and member satisfaction.Mr. Ford actively participates in various walk-a-thons to raise money forcancer research. He has also volunteers his time at Project Bundle Up andJunior Achievement Bowl-a-Thons. He looks forward to working with theBeaver County Chamber of Commerce, as well as being involved incommunity events.Mr. Ford graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, holding aBachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a minorin Economics.He is a resident of Baden, Pennsylvania.
