This SCBA fits anybudget by keeping its lower-cost options whileoffering many new choices not offered with anyother industrial air mask. In addition, the AirHawkII Air Mask is available in both low-pressure andhigh-pressure versions.MSA’s AirHawk II Air Mask is a pressure-demandapparatus designed to maintain a slight positiveair pressure inside the facepiece during inhalationand exhalation. Positive pressure helps to preventcontaminants from seeping in and around thefacepiece, even if small breaks in the face-tofacepieceseal should occur. The AirHawk II AirMask is built from six major components:facepiece, carrier and harness assembly, cylinder,first-stage regulator, mask-mounted regulator, andEnd-of-Service-Time-Indicator (EOSTI).FACEPIECEMSA offers you the choice of two facepieces, theproven Ultra Elite ® Facepiece or new industrialAdvantage ® 4000 Facepiece for the AirHawk II AirMask. Choose from three facepiece sizes (small,medium or large) in either SoftFeel ® Rubber orsilicone rubber. Shoulder strapsfeature easy-to-release friction buckles topositively retain pull straps.
