They are designed foruse in all domestic and light commercialenvironments.Features & BenefitsEvery unit in the SF340 series utilises theadvanced ECO-Sure electrochemical cellsensing technology and comes complete with afull 10 year guarantee on the main unit and a full5 year guarantee on each sensor module.Every unit in the SF340 series offers up to 5years battery backup allowing for continuousprotection – even in the event of power loss.This also allows the unit to be operational whilstwaiting for permanent installation.Units can be provided to operate from variousvoltage options. 230Vac or 12/24Vdc units areall available for differing applications.The SF340 has been specially designed forpermanent, secure installation and is ideal foruse by local authorities, housing associationsand any organisation responsible for the safetyof tenants and the maintenance of their homes.The SF340 series of alarms incorporate aunique module replacement system. There areno re-wiring or main unit replacement costs,just a simple, clip-in module to change onceevery 5 years. This results in low ownershipcosts and minimal maintenance. Lockingscrews also ensure that only authorisedpersons can gain access to the unit.Units are available with relay output andinterconnect options. This enables connectionto control panels, shut-off valves, remotealarms... etc, as well as allowing numbers ofalarms to be linked together in series.An internal diagnostic facility means the SF340carries out continuous self-monitoring.
