Daughter!Son-in-law incase <strong>of</strong> no son) and (ii)Registered Relations <strong>of</strong> employees for recruitment as <strong>Trade</strong><strong>Apprentices</strong> for <strong>2011</strong> (September) batch.(1) Eliaibilitv:(A) Emplovee Ward: The candidate's father! mother! father-in-law! mother-inlawis an employee or Ex-employee (including those separated through EarlySeparation Scheme) <strong>of</strong> Tata Steel at <strong>Jharia</strong> Division.OR(B) Reqistered Relation: The candidate must be a Registered Relation <strong>of</strong> anemployee.If a sponsoring employee has completed 15 years or more and less than 25years <strong>of</strong> service but would complete 25 years or more service tillthe notionalsuperannuation age <strong>of</strong> 60 years, one <strong>of</strong> his wards (as per the definition <strong>of</strong>registered relations) between 18 to 30 years <strong>of</strong> age as on 01-09-<strong>2011</strong> is eligibleto applyfor recruitmentas <strong>Trade</strong> Apprentice against this category.In case the ward is selected, the sponsoring employee would forfeit claim forfuture registration!employment on his!her service strength as the selected wardwould be deemed to have been employed on the service strength <strong>of</strong> thesponsoring employee. The employee concerned would be required to submit anundertaking to this effect at the time <strong>of</strong> submitting the application in response tothe advertisement.(2) Minimum Educational Qualification:The candidate must have passed Matriculationor equivalent examination as perboard criteria. However, he ! she must have obtained pass marks in English,Science and Mathematics in matriculationor equivalent examination.(3) Aae Criteria:A) For Emplovee Ward: The candidate must have been born between 01-09-1992 and 01-09-1996 (includingthese two dates). In case <strong>of</strong> Scheduled Caste!Scheduled Tribe candidate, the date <strong>of</strong> birth is between 01-09-1991 and 01-09-1996 (includingthese two dates).1
