Additionally, set marksfor sheet overlaps and fastener patterns aremanufactured right onto the sheet reducinginstallation time.Versico EPDM membranes have been fi eld tested fordecades with long-term exposure to UV and ozoneresulting in little property change. EPDM Systems areeconomical to install, offer easy maintenance forowners and achieve Factory Mutual (FM) approvalsand (UL) Underwriter’s Laboratories fi re ratings.90-MIL NON-REINFORCED MEMBRANEVersiGard’s 90-mil non-reinforced EPDM membranecombined with an adhered roofi ng system can beutilized in our 30-year Total Systems Warranty (contractorsmust be pre-approved to install 30 year systems).INSULATION• Versico ISO is recommended for use with all of Versico’sVersiGard Roofi ng Systems and is required in a VersicoTotal Systems Warranty.• Standard board size is 4’ x 8’ with a thickness range from1” to 4” and is also available in tapered form.• Versico Polyisocyanurate Insulation is UL and/or FMapproved as a system component in certain roofi ngassemblies.Versico ISO is a polyisocyanurate insulation with foam coreinsulation boards faced on both sides with a medium weightfi ber-reinforced felt. This dimensionally stable, durableinsulation offers maximum thermal effi ciency.VERSICO ROOFING SYSTEM WARRANTIES• 5, 10 and 15 year Membrane Warranties are available.Also, 10, 15 and 20 year Total Roofi ng System Warrantiesare available.
