General Description<strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> has been specially formulated for use in extremelyenvironmentally sensitive areas of the world’s oceans. It has beenmanufactured purely from chemicals known to pose little or no risk to themarine environment. <strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> is a hydraulic fluidconcentrate, formulated for use at concentrations at 10% w/w(dependent on application) in water glycol mixtures.<strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong>Hydraulic and <strong>BOP</strong>Control Fluid ConcentrateThe beige concentrate disperses easily on dilution with minimal agitation, forming a stable milky emulsion.The diluted product, exhibits excellent extreme pressure and anti-corrosion properties. These featuresmake <strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> an ideal hydraulic operating medium for equipment designed for water basedfluid.Salient FeaturesDilution ratio As <strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> is used at dilution ratios as low as10% with fresh water and ethylene glycol it is very economical to use comparedto non-dilutable alternatives, even when system losses due to leakage are high.Storage space and transportation costs are also minimized. The operatingdilution does not, however, mean that performance has been compromised inany way. <strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> contains a sophisticated additive package toensure that safety and reliability of the hydraulic system are maintained.Low Toxicity<strong>Erifon</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> does not require testing with OSPAR as it is manufacturedusing chemicals from the <strong>BOP</strong> <strong>PLONOR</strong> list.
