All participants are required to report at least 3 hoursprior to their scheduled time of departure forinternational flights.2. Participants must apprise themselves of the baggageregulations, including that of the weight and size of cabinbaggage. Generally, checked in baggage is allowed up toa maximum of 20 Kgs, only per person.3. Participants must ensure that they carry their passports(with 2‐3 spare Xerox copies), flight tickets (with spareXerox copies thereof) and foreign exchange, aspermissible under the law.4. Aerosol containers, bottles (including water bottles)beyond 100 ml, sharp edged items, etc are normally notallowed to be carried in cabin baggage.5. The general conduct of the participants at the airport aswell as inside the airplane with the crew and fellowpassengers must be polite and courteous.6. Participants must be conscious of the fact that theywould be de facto ambassadors of the IndianGovernment, while on tour. Their conduct must beexemplary and display the maturity and sensitivityexpected from an IAS Officer7. Participants must display concern and be sensitive to thecultural ethos of Bhutan, Bangladesh and Srilanka. Duerespect must be accorded to all, with special deferenceto older and senior persons and ladies.12
