FYJC ADMISSIONS - ONLINE SECOND MERIT LISTGENERAL SCIENCE & ARTSFOR THOSE CALLED FOR ADMISSION ON1 ST & 2 ND JULY 2013.The candidates whose names are listed in the Online General SecondMerit List and wish to accept the offer of admission are required : To report to the College Hall with their parents/guardian to fill in theCOLLEGE ADMISSION FORM on 1 st & 2 nd July 2013, from 10.00 a.m.to 12.30 p.m. and to meet the Vice Principal / Panel in the College Hall on1 st & 2 nd July 2013, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.They have to bring along the following:1. Class X Original Statement of Marks.2. Original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate.3. Students from ICSE, CBSE and Other Boards i.e., other than MaharashtraState Board have to submit besides the above, the following documents: Duly filled in Application Form for Eligibility Certificate. Original Migration Certificate. “Deed of Undertaking” on Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- signed by theCandidate and the Parent/Guardian. Attested Copy of X Marksheet. Attested Copy of X Passing Certificate. Attested Copy of School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate. One Photograph.Note: Students passing ICSE, CBSE and Other Boards are required to gettheir Original School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificatecountersigned by their respective Educational Inspector/EducationOfficer before securing admission to the First Year Junior College.CBSE students who have passed the Board Examinationare required to submit a copy of their Hall Ticket.4. On admission being offered, they will have to pay a Provisional Admissionfee of Rs.50/- in the Hall between 10.00 a.m.to 1.00 p.m. on 1 st & 2 nd July2013 without fail.

If any of the above conditions is not fulfilled the offer of admission standscancelled.Candidates will be offered I.T. instead of second language on merit.There will be an ONLINE THIRD MERIT LIST displayed on5 th July 2013 at 6.00 p.m and admissions will be on 6 th & 8 th July 2013.30 th June 2013 PRINCIPAL
