We are a USA and AAUsanctioned club that promotes wrestling for youth from the ages of 4-18 in the greater Fayetteville area. We arecommitted not only to teach wrestling skills, but also to teach discipline, fair play and good sportsmanship. Wewrestle all over the state of North Carolina as well as out of state at several national tournaments.Our club has been in existence about a decade and has achieved a high level of success. Many times thewrestlers in our club have worked their way to the top of the podium to claim the title of North Carolina StateChampion, Southern Champion, <strong>Rhino</strong> eXtreme Champion, North Carolina national team member and severalcompete today for colleges and universities across our great nation.Your contribution will help us continue this success and may help us defray membership costs forwrestlers. Athletes often pay between $100 and $300 a month to practice martial arts, boxing, gymnastics,hockey and other team sports. We work very hard to keep membership prices low to allow every child to theopportunity to wrestle. We practice in a Cumberland County high school and approximate our <strong>2008</strong>-2009season rent fees at $6000. Overhead is a constant challenge for our not-for-profit club and our all-volunteerstaff. In addition to defraying membership costs your contribution may help us purchase warm-ups anduniforms; help defray the cost of transportation to and from tournaments; and allow up and coming young menand women, who may not otherwise have the opportunity, to compete.As a <strong>Rhino</strong> <strong>Wrestling</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Partner, your name and/or business will play a prominent role throughoutour season as well as at our annual tournament. Our tournament, held in Fayetteville, draws between 500 and800 of the top wrestlers and their 2000-3000 fans from throughout North Carolina as well as wrestlersthroughout the United States. Wrestlers and coaches recognize the <strong>Rhino</strong> eXtreme as one of the mostcompetitive tournaments in the Southeastern U.S. and the toughest youth tournament in our state. The <strong>Rhino</strong>eXtreme is held at the Cumberland County Exposition Center and we will host teams from Ohio, Florida,Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey along withapproximately 500 wrestlers from North Carolina. This tournament is our single greatest expense and itprovides <strong>Rhino</strong> <strong>Wrestling</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Partners a unique opportunity for exposure as well as the occasion to highlightour great city. The Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau works with us to make this tournament anannual occurrence and one of Fayetteville’s premier sporting events.<strong>Rhino</strong> <strong>Wrestling</strong> <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Partnership</strong> benefits and more information are attached, but the largest benefityou will receive is the satisfaction of knowing you have provided the youth of our community with the ability tobecome future leaders and good citizens.Thank you for allowing me to tell you about the greatest wrestling club in Cumberland County.
