Prior to CPB, Brian wasthe Executive Vice President of Administration and Operation at Oregon<strong>Public</strong> Broadcasting (OPB) in Portland, Oregon, for three years. He began hiscareer in public broadcasting at his alma mater, Penn State University <strong>Public</strong>Broadcasting in University Park, Pennsylvania. Prior to his public broadcastingcareer, Brian worked in finance and strategic planning roles in the defenseindustry at HRB Systems, a division of Raytheon Corporation, for ten years.Jim Taszarek, Jr.Jim is Managing Director of Market Enginuity (formerly <strong>Public</strong> RadioPartners/PRP). He created PRP with Kirk Nelson in 1999 to provideoutsourced corporate underwriting sales to public radio and televisionstations. In early 2010 the company became Market Enginuity and expandedunderwriting services, creating two branches: Enginuity Outsourcingand Enginuity Workshop. Enginuity Outsourcing employs more than 65people responsible for selling $26 million in underwriting for public radioand television stations in 10 markets.
