The Committee has the entire management of the Tournament.3. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry into, or to combine or cancel events if considered insufficient entrieshave been received, or alter the program if deemed necessary.4. All events will be 8 Game Round Robin (tie-break at 4 all) The Committee will try, without obligation, to find partners fordoubles events if requested5. The Committee reserves the right to play any match under lights.6. Senior players will be eligible to play their age group during the full year—i.e. a player who attains (say 55 years) on anydate during, up to and including December 31st, will be eligible to play 55 events for the full year.7. Minimum age requirement for Seniors competition is 35 years.8. This is a Tennis NSW and Tennis Seniors NSW Sanctioned Tournament. For insurance reasons, all players must be registeredmembers of their State Tennis Association and their registered number quoted and be members of a State Tennis SeniorsAssociation or a temporary fee paid. Failure to comply with this requirement will preclude you from competing in theTournament.9. If more than the maximum number of entries is received, preferential acceptance into the Tournament will be given toentries accompanied by entry fees and/or registered members of a Seniors Association. Registered number must bequoted.10. Players must be correctly dressed in recognized tennis attire.11. Each competitor must submit a separate entry form, on or before the closing date.12. Only 1 event per time slot to be entered.13. Some venues may be away from central control at Moruya14. Matches will commence at 8:30am sharp each day and may continue under lights. Competitors must report to control atthe venue 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Forfeits may be imposed for breach of this condition.15. All fees must be paid with the entry.
