Page 2KIDS VOTINGThe first grade classes hosted a buildingwide voting process on November 6th.The students had many fun jobs. A few ofthese jobs were passing out voterregistration cards, handing out stickers,and counting the ballots. All RoqueGuerra, Jr. Elementary Colts were able tocast their votes. Barak Obama won bymany votes. The first grade studentsworked hard to make this a fun andexciting day for everyone at school.Thanksgiving BasketsThank you for your donations!The Student Council Representatives andOfficers put together Thanksgiving Baskets togive to the needy families of Roque Guerra, Jr.Elementary. We gave out 10 baskets filledwith a whole turkey and all the trimmings.The Student Council worked hard along withtheir sponsor Mrs. Nydia Benitez. Thank youall!Veterans DayThe 2 nd Grade teachers put together abeautiful Veterans Day Program. All classesparticipated with songs and dances in honorof our community Veterans.
