Bermuda Triangle (All Levels)
Do you buy your shirts two sizes too big? Tie your
sweater around your waist? Avoid tucking in your shirt?
Come and regain your confidence about your waistline!
I developed the Bermuda Triangle based on the regular
question from my participants; What can I do about
my waist? The question was so frequent that I thought
it’s like a mystery for people; they want to change the
shape of their body but don’t know how. The Bermuda
Triangle was born. I imagined a triangle, the top point at
your chin and the bottom ending at your knees. We work
everything within the triangle: the mid-section, chest &
back, thighs, and buttocks. Work hard and watch your
own natural “girdle” pull your waistline in! You will also be
given easy exercises to take home with you that you can
fit into your everyday life. Drop-in $14. No class Oct 6 &
Callanetics
Are you bored of your
regular gym work-out?
Tired of getting lost at
the back of a crowded
studio? Looking for an
exercise routine that
can reduce your dress
size instead of bulking
muscles out? Try The
CALLANETICS Exercise Method! You’ll feel and see
spectacular results within hours! The unique program
promotes deep muscle tone throughout the entire body
increasing flexibility, strength and improving posture. This
exceptional form of exercise uses precise positioning to
isolate specific muscle groups. This combined with tiny
yet powerful movements cause the muscles to work at
a deep level recruiting more muscle fibers. More muscle
fibers recruited means quick toning and results that you
can feel and see within hours. CALLANETICS is a nonimpact
exercise program, therefore you won’t experience
the bouncing and jarring found in high-impact activities
such as aerobics or jogging. Each muscle group is
warmed, worked and then stretched to ensure total body
health increasing strength, flexibility and body alignment.
