The CORI is a special application machine to rewind short spinning cones to full
bobbins.
To achieve highest flexibility of your production and to be ready to fulfill future requirements
we developed some special features as standard equipment of this
machine, such as
- Multi step precision winding by electronic gear with up to 20 different cross
ratios during one package trip
- Yarn tension regulated, frequency controlled single drive of each winding head
- Yarn tension and take-up pressure mechanically adjustable
- Choice between precision and random winding of cylindrical packages
- Max. 10 different recipes per machine simultaneously (recipe=diameter,
crossing ratio, speed)
- Meter counter
- Especially for coarse yarns we include an air splicer system as an option
