I understand that I will not receive the actual scholarship until I have been accepted by anaccredited college and have provided the Alayna Brianne Bowman Scholarship committeewith verification of my acceptance.2. All scholarship funds will be used within one year of receiving the scholarship. Thescholarship will be used for payment of tuition and expenses paid through the registrar’soffice.3. Should I transfer to another college before using all of the funds, such funds may betransferred to the new college of my choice. If I cease to attend the college originallydesignated, and fail to immediately transfer to another college, any scholarship fundsremaining will be returned to the Alayna Brianne Bowman Foundation.4. I agree to the use of my name and picture concerning this award in any publicity purpose.5. I understand the Alayna Brianne Bowman Scholarship Committee reserves the right tocorrespond with the selected school financial aid officer concerning the appropriate use of thisaward.6.
