A native of Harrisonburg, hegraduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of BusinessAdministration degree in 1983. Steve currently resides in the city withhis wife, Debbie Vanderwarker Turner and their dog, Abby.The new board members include Cory Davies of RMH Foundations, John Riner of LD&BInsurance and Joel Shank of Dynamic Aviation.Cory Davies has worked as a Development Officer in the RockinghamMemorial Hospital Foundation for four years. He earned a M.A. inPublic Communication from the American University in Washington,D.C. and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in SpeechCommunication from the University of Utah. Cory grew up in SaltLake City, Utah and now resides in Harrisonburg with his wife and twobeautiful children.


John Riner has more than ten years’ experience in the insuranceindustry. He joined LD&B in February 2010 and is Property &Casualty and Life & Heath licensed but focuses primarily on the P&Cside of the business, doing both Personal and Commercial insurances.Born and raised in Harrisonburg, he graduated from BridgewaterCollege with a major in Business Administration. John currentlyresides in Harrisonburg with his wife, Jennifer and their three children,Adeline, Henry and Lucy.Joel Shank is an HR Manager at Dynamic Aviation. He has been withthe company for six years in various HR related capacities. Joel grewup in Harrisonburg and graduated from Eastern Mennonite Universitywith a degree in Business Administration. When not working, heenjoys spending time with his wife and one-year-old son.The three new members join a twenty-seven member board that is the governing body of the<strong>Chamber</strong> of Commerce.
