IV. CHECKING10. SCRUTINEERING10.2 NoiseFor all cars, a limit of 100 dB is imposed.V. RUNNING OF THE EVENT12. PRACTICE AND DRIVERS BRIEFING12.1 Free practice and two qualifying practice sessions, one organised inorder of the numbers and the second in reverse order, are obligatory in eachDivision. The free practice session will be run over 4 laps minimum.There must be no more than 1 car at each 120m of the track in each qualifyingpractice session, which will last for 4 laps from the entry of the first car ontothe track, but only the times starting from the 2nd lap will count.The best lap time from all the qualifying practice sessions determines thestarting positions for the first Heat. In the event of a tie, the next best lap timeof the drivers who have tied determines the starting positions.Each driver must complete at least one lap in practice. Should this not be thecase, the driver may be allowed to start in the first qualifying Heat, at thediscretion of the Stewards. Cars from different divisions will run separately.12.2 A briefing in English and optionally in the host language of the event willbe given in writing to all drivers at the administrative checking.14. QUALIFYINGThere will be 6 laps in the qualifying Heats.15. FINALSThere will be 8 laps in the Finals.VI.PARC FERME – RESULTS – PROTESTS20. PROTESTS – APPEALS20.1 All protests will be lodged in accordance with the Code.All protests must be made in writing and handed to the Clerk of the Course orhis assistant, or in their absence any of the Stewards of the meeting, togetherwith the sum of € 500,00. If the protest requires the dismantling and reassemblyof different parts of a car, the claimant must make a deposit of €1.000,00.20.5 Competitors have the right to appeal, as laid down in Articles 181,182and 183 of the Code and also as set out in the Rules of the International Courtof Appeal. The amount of the appeal fee is € 1.605,00 (inlc. Tax).IV. ABNAHME10. TECHNISCHE ABNAHME10.2 Geräusch: Für alle Fahrzeuge gilt ein Geräuschgrenzwert von 100 dB.V. ABLAUF DER VERANSTALTUNG12. TRAINING und FAHRERINFORMATION12.1 Ein freies Training über mindestens 4 Runden und zwei offizielleZeittrainings, eines davon in aufsteigender, das andere in absteigenderReihenfolge, sind für jede Division vorgeschrieben. Zu jedem OffiziellenZeittraining, das ab Einfahrt des ersten Fahrzeugs auf die Strecke über 4Runden läuft, sind höchstens 1 Fahrzeug je 120m Streckenlänge zugelassen.Es zählen jedoch nur die Rundenzeiten beginnend von der zweiten Runde.Die beste Zeit einer Runde während aller Offiziellen Zeittrainings bestimmt dieStartposition für den ersten Qualifikationslauf. Bei Zeitgleichheit ist dienächstbeste Zeit dieser Fahrer für die Startposition ausschlaggebend.Jeder Fahrer muss während des Trainings mindestens eine komplette Rundeabsolvieren. Im gegenteiligen Fall kann er für den ersten Qualifikationslauf nurnach Ermessen der Sportkommissare zugelassen werden.Fahrzeuge unterschiedlicher Divisionen müssen in getrennten Läufen fahren.12.2 Die Fahrerbesprechung wird den Fahrern in Englisch und in der Sprachedes Gastlandes in schriftlicher Form ausgehändigt.14. QUALIFIKATIONDie Rundenzahl bei den Qualifikationsläufen beträgt 6 Runden.15. FINALLÄUFEDie Rundenzahl bei den Finalläufen beträgt 8 Runden.VI. PARC FERMÉ - ERGEBNISSE – PROTESTE20. PROTESTE - BERUFUNGEN20.1 Alle Proteste müssen gemäß Bestimmungen des InternationalenSportgesetzes eingereicht werden. Alle Proteste müssen in schriftlicher Formdem Rennleiter oder seinem Stellvertreter oder in deren Abwesenheit einemder Sportkommissare eingereicht werden mit gleichzeitiger Übergabe derProtestgebühr in Höhe von € 500,00. Wenn der Protest die Demontage undMontage verschiedener Teile des Fahrzeugs erfordert, muss der Protestführereinen zusätzlichen Kostenvorschuss in Höhe von € 1.000,00 hinterlegen.20.5 Wie in den Artikels 181, 182 und 183 des Sportgesetzes aufgeführt,haben die Bewerber das Recht, Berufung einzulegen. Die DMSBBerufungsgebühr beträgt € 1.605,00 (inkl. 7 % MwSt.).VII.PRIZES AND CUPSVII.PREISE UND POKALE21. PRIZESThe podium ceremony on the circuit will be held immediately after the races.The winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes must be present wearing their raceoveralls. Failure to attend this ceremony will be penalized by the loss of anymonetary award / benefit associated with the corresponding position at theend of the race.The prize-giving will take place at festival tent at the circuit at Sunday - June2 th , 2013; 19.00 h.The prizes will be awarded in Euros. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTEach driver is requested to ensure that a plastic sheet (minimum dimensions4 x 5 m) is spread on the ground in the place reserved for his team wherework is to be done on his car, in order to prevent any pollution in case of anaccidental leak, etc.24. PREISEDie Siegerehrungszeremonie erfolgt unmittelbar nach den Rennen. Die Siegerder ersten, zweiten und dritten Plätze müssen im Rennoverall anwesend sein.Die Nichtteilnahme eines Fahrers wird durch Verlust jeglichen Preisgelds oderanderen Nutzens bestraft, die mit der entsprechenden Position am Ende desRennens verbunden sind.Die Siegerehrung findet am 02.06.2013 um 19.00 Uhr im Festzelt an derRennstrecke statt.Die Preisgelder werden in EUROS ausgegeben.
