Organizational StructureThe Board of Directors is the Foundation’s highest body for decision andpolicymaking. There are also Supervisors, who supervise the management of theFoundation’s endowment, and a Finance Committee that works to oversee itsfinancial operations.The Foundation’s headquarters is located in Taipei, where the President and twoVice-Presidents supervise its day-to-day operations. Its American Regional Officeis managed by the Chairman of the CCKF’s operations in the USA.In accordance with its charter, the Foundation has established review committeesfor each of its four regions of operation: Domestic (ROC), American, European,and Asia-Pacific. He was Presidentof National Tsing Hua University, and also earned a reputation as an able administrator during histenure as Minister of Education and Vice-President of the Examination Yuan. A skilled diplomat,he has also served his country as Ambassador to the Republic of Costa Rica. He became theFoundation’s Chairman in June 2010.執 行 長 : 朱 雲 漢 教 授President Yun-han Chu美 國 明 尼 蘇 達 大 學 政 治 學 系 博 士 。 現 任 中 央 研 究 院 政 治 學 研 究 所 特 聘 研 究 員 , 臺 灣 大 學 政治 學 系 合 聘 教 授 。 一 九 九 九 年 四 月 就 任 本 會 副 執 行 長 , 二 ○○ 一 年 六 月 起 就 任 執 行 長 。 二○ 一 二 年 七 月 榮 膺 中 央 研 究 院 院 士 。Professor Yun-han Chu received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He currently holds ajoint appointment as Distinguished Research Fellow at the Institute of Political Science, AcademiaSinica, and Professor of Political Science at National Taiwan University. Professor Chu assumedthe position of Vice-President in April 1999, and became President in June 2001. He was elected anAcademician of Academia Sinica in July 2012.副 執 行 長 : 史 綱 教 授Vice-President Gang Shyy美 國 紐 約 市 立 大 學 經 濟 系 博 士 。 曾 任 中 央 大 學 財 務 管 理 系 教 授 , 二 ○○ 二 年 十 一 月 起 就 任本 會 副 執 行 長 。 二 ○ 一 二 年 四 月 起 亦 擔 任 富 邦 證 券 投 資 信 託 股 份 有 限 公 司 董 事 長 。Dr. Gang Shyy obtained his doctorate in Economics from City University of New York. Beforejoining the Foundation as Vice-President in November 2002, he had been a Professor of FinanceManagement at National Central University. He has also served as Chairman of Fubon AssetManagement Co., Ltd. since April 2012.副 執 行 長 : 陳 純 一 教 授Vice-President Chun-i Chen美 國 杜 蘭 大 學 法 學 博 士 。 現 任 政 治 大 學 特 聘 教 授 、 外 交 學 系 與 法 律 學 系 合 聘 教 授 、 政 治 大學 國 際 事 務 學 院 國 際 法 研 究 中 心 主 任 , 亦 為 中 華 民 國 國 際 法 學 會 理 事 長 。 二 ○ 一 三 年 九 月起 就 任 本 會 副 執 行 長 。Professor Chun-i Chen obtained his S.J.D. from Tulane University. He is currently Professor of Lawand Diplomacy at National Chengchi University, and also serves as President of the Chinese (Taiwan)Society of International Law. He assumed the position of Vice-President in September 2013.7
