In 2008 she worked as Coordinatorof Karriere Deutschland internship andjobmarket focused on the Dutch- german vocationlfi eld and she in charge of Zukunft Deutschlandbased on network activities in Germany.Jolanta VaiciunaiteJolanta Vaiciunaite has been director of VilniusUniversity Career Center (Lithuania) since2003. She is responsible for co-ordination andmarketing of the Center’s activities, staff policy,fi nancial management, and networking with companiesand organizations. She has 13 years experiencein managing national and internationalprojects and 7 years experience in developingand modernizing services for students. She hasbeen a Lithuanian representative in the ExecutiveCommittee of International Association FEDORA(European Forum on Student Guidance) since2006. This year she has been appointed by theMinistry of Education and Science of the Republicof Lithuania to manage a national projectdealing with modernization of career managementservices for Lithuanian students.


SPEAKERSPovilas ValiaugaPovilas Valiauga is the Coordinator of CareerCentre at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU),Lithuania. Being the last year student at Electricaland Control Engineering Faculty of KTUand at the same time working at the University,he represents the student/graduate-run CareerCentre. At the moment Povilas is coordinatingthe IAESTE (International Association for theExchange of Students for Technical Experience)program in the University and holds the positionof the National Secretary of IAESTE Lithuania. Inaddition, he is responsible for various meetingsand events based on career planning, as well asfor the international relations.Bernhard Wundsam has been head of UNIPORT,the Career Centre of the University of Vienna(85.000 students), since 2007. He is responsiblefor a team of 8 employees. The mission ofUNIPORT is to provide career guidance to students,graduates and young professionals, andto support employers in establishing successfulemployer branding strategies and recruiting. Afterhis master degrees in “international businessadministration” and “translation/interpretation”at the University of Innsbruck and the Ecole deManagement de Strasbourg he worked in thefi elds of human resources and marketing.Cigdem YilmazCigdem Yilmaz was born in Turkey. Graduated inAgricolture Engineering she continued to studyin marketing sector in the UK and for foreigntrade in Turkey.She works at ODAGEM Ostim CollaborativeResearch and Development Center Co. as aResearcher and Foreign Trade Expert.
