Before Your Party
1. NO GLASS BEER BOTTLES or KEGS ON THE BUS. Wine and liquor bottles are allowed.
Please tell your party bus friends of this rule, as you will be charged if violated.
2. Jell-O shots can be costly, highly recommend plastic condiments cups, no paper cups. Please
ask us if any questions.
3. Full payment in cash is due before boarding bus.
4. NO CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS!
Please invite those that you trust, you are responsible for any actions of your party. Horseplay,
fighting, and carelessness can cost you additional charges.
Vomiting in bus will result in $100 clean up fee, unless it’s in sanitary can or bag.
Spokane Party Bus takes pride in presenting you and your friends clean safe buses for your parties.
All drivers are licensed and experienced in transporting groups. The company is fully licensed and
insured and is audited at state and federal levels to insure your safety. Please respect the drivers and
staff of Spokane Party Bus and enjoy a great night of fun.

* Hours start from the time of first pickup until the time of last drop-off. Evening parties start time no later than 9p.m.
* Additional hours may be purchased during the bus run. Additional changes will apply based on $80 an hour, rounded to
the nearest half hour. Additional time must be paid in cash.

Renter Eligibility
Spokane Party Bus Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions
Renter must be 18 years of age or older. Valid identification must be provided prior to boarding the bus.
Renter Responsibility
The renter is responsible for all activities of the passengers on board the bus. This includes making sure that all passengers who consume alcohol
while on the bus are 21 years of age or older. This applies to on and off bus activities.
Bus Deposit
A $200.00 deposit per bus is required to secure your bus reservation. A deposit check must be received within 5 days of making your reservation or
the reservation will be considered cancelled. You must confirm date with Spokane Party Bus prior to deposit.
If you choose to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 15 business days (M-F) prior to your event date. Failure to do so will result in
forfeiture of your deposit.
If there is any damage to the bus or excessive cleanup is required, a damage assessment will be made and all or a portion of your deposit will be
forfeited. The inspection assessment will be determined once the bus has returned to the shop, and has been thoroughly cleaned. Additional charges
maybe applied and billed or legal action taken.
All unused deposit checks will be shredded. To have your deposit check physically returned to you, you must provide a self-addressed stamped
envelope. NONE of the damage deposit is applied to the rental price.
Payment
Final payment in CASH must be received prior to boarding the bus. NO CREDIT CARDS. NO CHECKS, except for initial deposits.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. No Glass Beer Bottles or KEGS will be allowed. Cans and plastic containers are welcome.
Wine and Liquor bottles are welcome.
Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING on the bus.
Rules of conduct
No fighting will be tolerated, No underage drinking, No weapons, and No drugs. Violation will result in the immediate termination of the bus
run. No refunds. No exceptions.
Disrespect to the drivers or staff can result in removal of offender(s) or possible termination of party with no refund.
Please respect the destinations. The reputation of Spokane Party Bus is at stake. Please don't ruin it for other parties.
Spokane Party Bus maintains the buses the best they can, they can not predict mechanical failures. Failures or unsafe conditions may result in
cancellation of any party. You will be notified at the earliest time of such problems.
You may bring your own music (CDs or Thumbdrive only – No IPODS)
