The innovative foil solution for<br />
injection molding applications
Easy-to-apply and uniformly thick<br />
facing for injection molded parts:<br />
DecoJect is the low-cost alternative<br />
to painted injection molding. A highquality<br />
thin foil offering designers<br />
maximum freedom – wear-resistant,<br />
adaptable, pleasant-to-the-touch.<br />
+ TPO-based foil, 0.2 to 0.5 mm thick, used primarily<br />
as facing on injection molded parts.<br />
+ Potential application areas are lacquered and unlacquered<br />
injection molded parts in the automotive<br />
interior.<br />
+ The foil is pleasant-to-the-touch and scratchresistant<br />
and gives the car interior a high-value<br />
appearance. The degree of gloss and color can<br />
be adjusted as desired.<br />
+ In the course of foil backing, the surface structure<br />
of the mold is imparted to the thin foil and thus to<br />
the part.<br />
+ A wide range of variable designs can be achieved<br />
by simply altering the decorative effects, i. e. the<br />
colors, patterns or special effect lacquers used.<br />
