Table 13 shows that an overwhelmingmajority of the acceptors (84 percent) were satisfied with the method accepted by them andremaining 16 percent were not satisfied with sterilization. Sixty percent of acceptors havingexperienced complications expressed their dissatisfaction with the method. To assess thesatisfaction with the services provided each interviewed acceptor was asked to express hissatisfaction with the services provided by the hospital and whether she would recommendthe institution to other women for sterilization. All the acceptors expressed their satisfactionwith the services offered to them and all of them were unanimous in recommending theinstitution to other women provided they can afford the monetary cost of availing theservices from JBM Hospital.
