All exchangestudents are required to take out <strong>HKUST</strong> Compulsory TravelInsurance unless prior arrangement is made between <strong>HKUST</strong>and your home institution.Overseas exchange students must obtain a student visa if theywish to come to Hong Kong to study unless they have the right ofabode in Hong Kong.The School of Engineering will send a visa application form toeach student with the admission package. After receiving thecompleted application form from the student, <strong>HKUST</strong> will processthe application on the student’s behalf.Exchange students will have access to all on-campuseducational, sports and recreational facilities enjoyed by regularstudents of <strong>HKUST</strong>.
