TThis has certainly been an exciting year in Vancouver so far and we are looking forward to many more<br />
highlights for 2010. Vancouver really showed its finest as the host city for the 2010 Winter Olympics<br />
and the best part is that we Vancouverites continue to enjoy the good life here in one of the most<br />
spectacular cities in the world.<br />
The party has only really begun and we here at <strong>Brian</strong> Jessel BMW carried on the celebration ofVancouver<br />
style with our 5th Annual Charity Gala, Cabriolet. This year we welcomed Jay Leno as our headliner as<br />
we gathered for a fun-filled evening and to show our supportfor some very good causes: Arts Umbrella,<br />
Canucks Autism Network and UBC/VGH Hospital Foundation were designated the beneficiaries of our<br />
fund raising efforts. We are pleased to supportthese exceptional local charities. In particular, the UBC/VGH<br />
Hospital Foundation’s work on pancreatic cancer is a cause close to my family’s heart as my father has<br />
been battling this horrible disease. We take our hats off to the staff and doctors at VGH.<br />
We’ve all had to come out fighting whether due to the economic difficulties of the past year or even<br />
more serious personal events. We feel stronger and we know it is not enough to just weather the storm.<br />
Here at <strong>Brian</strong> Jessel BMW we are always staying on top of the situation and making changes that we<br />
hope will help us serve our customers even better. We are always trying to give you that personal touch<br />
that is so important to making your experience here at <strong>Brian</strong> Jessel BMW exceptional. In addition, we<br />
decided it was time to update, expand and improve our Customer Lounge. Ifyou preferto wait while your<br />
vehicle is being serviced, we have free WiFi access, Xbox, more workstations and two TV monitors for<br />
your enjoyment. We are always trying to make your time at our dealership as pleasant, interactive and<br />
comfortable as possible.<br />

new 5 Series demonstrates how BMW continues to innovate and produce some of the best design<br />
and engineering in the automotive industry. The new Active Hybrids shows that it possible to be powerful<br />
and green all at once. There are also many more new models such as the X5M & X6M, IS additions, the<br />
new 5 Series and 550 GT.<br />
At <strong>Brian</strong> Jessel BMW, we have shed some of the heavy layers of the past year and we celebrate<br />
innovation, performance and excellence. We remain open to new ways of seeing and doing business<br />
differently. This approach has paid off: I am pleased to announce <strong>Brian</strong> Jessel BMW has won the BMW<br />
Excellence in Sales award for Canada. This is a time for renewal as we strive to give you the best customer<br />
experience in the automotive industry.<br />
Summer is nearly upon us in Vancouver. The world thought Vancouver was incredible in February. Well,<br />
they haven’t seen it in August! We are so fortunate to live in such a spectacular place and I hope that you<br />
