New Ways!!Where is Family Constellation work at?!Family Constellation work began as a type of psychotherapeutic method. Hencemany constellation facilitators saw themselves as psychotherapists. Many clientswere seeking a constellation so that they could be helped in a similar way to that ofother psychotherapeutic methods.!Since then, we have experienced such a shift in consciousness which familyconstellation work substantially contributed to. The breakthrough into a differentconsciousness has occurred, which moves beyond the relationship between I andyou. This I that wanted something for itself, has been taken over by the we,whereby the I falls away, including the previous concepts of good and bad, ofbetter and worse, and also of healthy and sick.!These „We-Constellationsdraws all those present into its fascination andspell.Everyone is captured in their own way. Everyone is taken into its demandsand self-responsibility, for their actions and its consequences. What do we learnwhen we become involved with this Family Constellation work? We learn to consentto and to become ourselves, as we are. How? With everyone collectively, differentlyyet completely, together, to reach the goal.!How does this affect the practise of Family Constellation work?!The facilitator removes him/herself from the level of I and you. He/she allowshim/herself to be in the serivce of a different level of consciousness. He withstandsany requests and opportunities from the the clients that would submit him to directthe constellation according to their wishes, as if this directive lay in his hands.Howcan we learn this way of doing Family Constellations?We learn though our ownexperience and our personal spiritual growth.How does this then show itself inFamily Constellations? It takes the participants in a course, to whom this way hasbeen exposed, collectively into the same movement, the facilitator included. Thelarger the group, the greater the exposure and its effects.This means, that as soon asthe movement begins, the facilitator steps aside. The facilitator is lead by theconstellation instead of the other way around.!Wherever this movement will lead to in the future, and into which levelof consciousness, we will follow it. We allow ourselves to be taken alongby it, fearlessy and humbly.!
