When subject to water pressure, <strong>Burke</strong> <strong>Plug</strong> becomes hardand more resistant.<strong>Burke</strong> <strong>Plug</strong> sets in three to five minutes depending upon the temperatureof the mixing water. Approvedproduct: <strong>Burke</strong> <strong>Plug</strong> or approvedequivalent.ApplicationCoverage/yield: 50 lbs., approximately1020 cubic inches (.44 ft. 3 ).Cut out cracks a minimum of 3/4"(1.9cm) wide and deep. Cut back or squareoff. DO NOT use V cuts. Flush awayall loose and foreign material. Forholes, honeycomb, tie holes, etc.,remove all steel, wood and looseT E S Tmaterial. Cut back to a minimum depthof 1"(2.5 cm) under cut if possible.Mix with clean water. Use just enoughwater to produce a putty consistency.Mix only enough that can be used in oneminute. Place by forcing into crack orhole with maximum pressure. DO NOTtrowel over surface. Keep damp forfifteen minutes.For stopping running water throughconcrete or masonry, cut out cracks orholes to a minimum depth and width of3/4"(1.9 cm). Under cut if possible.Start at top and force material intocracks. At the area of greatest pressure,DO NOT place immediately, hold inhand or trowel until it becomes slightlywarm and setting is occurring. Thenplace firmly in cracks and hold in placeuntil material is set.For sealing cracks at the junction of thefloor and wall, cut back a minimum of3/4"(1.9 cm). Force material into crackwith rounded tool and smooth out toform a cove.Mixing: At 70°F(21.1°C), mix bothmaterial and water. Please read thisinformation prior to using the product.WarrantyEdoco warrants, for 12 months from the date ofmanufacture or for the duration of the publishedproduct shelf life, whichever is less, that at thetime of shipment by Edoco, the product is free ofmanufacturing defects and conforms to Edoco’spublished specifications in force on the date ofacceptance by Edoco of the order. Edoco shallonly be liable under this warranty if the materialhas been applied, used, and stored in accordancewith Edoco’s instructions in this technical datasheet. The purchaser must examine the productwhen received and promptly notify Edoco inwriting of any non-conformity before the productis used, or no later than 30 days after such nonconformityis first discovered. If Edoco, in itssole discretion, determines that the productbreached the above warranty, it will, in its solediscretion, replace the non-conforming product,refund the purchase price or issue a credit in theamount of the purchase price. This is the soleand exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.Only an Edoco officer is authorized to modifythis warranty. The sales information on theEdoco website and received by the customerduring the sales process does not supersede thiswarranty and the specifications of the product inforce on the date of sale. THE FOREGOINGWARRANTY SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE AND INLIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDINGWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ANDFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSEAND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER-WISE ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW,COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM, TRADE OROTHERWISE.Limitation of LiabilityEdoco shall not be liable in contract or in tort(including, without limitation, negligence, strictliability or otherwise) for loss of sales, revenuesor profits; cost of capital or funds; businessinterruption or cost of downtime, loss of use,damage to or loss of use of other property (real orpersonal); failure to realize expected savings;frustration of economic or business expectations;claims by third parties (other than for bodilyinjury), or economic losses of any kind; or for anyspecial, incidental, indirect, consequential,punitive or exemplary damages arising in anyway out of the performance of, or failure toperform, this Agreement, even if Edoco couldforesee or has been advised of the possibility ofsuch damages. The Parties expressly agree thatthese limitations on damages are allocations ofrisk constituting, in part, the consideration forthis agreement, and also that such limitationsshall survive the determination of any court ofcompetent jurisdiction that any remedy providedin these terms or available at law fails of itsessential purpose.ReceivingAll bagged products should be checkedfor dryness prior to signing shippingpapers.Storage<strong>Burke</strong> <strong>Plug</strong> should be stored in a cool,dry interior area.
