STATEMENT by the MANAGEMENTSTATEMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF MANAGEMENTThe Board of Directors and Board of Management haveconsidered and approved the annual report for 2009 forSaxo Bank A/S.The annual report has been prepared in accordance withthe Danish Financial Business Act.In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements andthe Parent Company’s financial statements give a true andfair view of the Group’s and the Parent Company’s assets,liabilities, equity and financial position at 31 December2009, and of the results of the Group’s and the ParentCompany’s operations for the financial year 1 January –31 December 2009.
