THE BOARD COMMITTEESThe Group has within it a structured framework of policies and procedures and internal guidelines.The efficacy of the governance structure and mechanism is monitored through the Board, the AuditCommittee, the Share and Employees Share Option Scheme (‘ESOS’) Committee, the NominationCommittee, the Remuneration Committee and the Executive Committee.
