Responsibilities: Graphic lead on a production team, overseeing 1-15 other designers on custom<br />
e-learning projects, coordinating with my team to ensure deadlines are met and all tasks<br />
completed for multiple overlapping courses. Backup Courseware Developer - develop<br />
storyboards for e-learning projects to send to graphic designers.<br />
Accomplishments: Developed comprehensive standards documentation for all graphic<br />
designers. Co-authored and delivered training for the department in multi-language course<br />
localization. Implemented client standards tracking for custom clients who purchase multiple<br />
courses. Provided ongoing training and mentoring to less experienced graphic artists. Provided<br />
additional services as a backup Courseware Developer, creating storyboards from client scripts<br />
to hand off to the graphic design team.<br />

Responsibilities: Overseeing and creating CD-ROM, print, and web based training projects,<br />

Accomplishments: Produced nine different computer based training courses, each between 4-6<br />
hours in length, addressing data and voice communications, networking, and other IT training<br />
topics. Assisted in illustrating difficult technical concepts in numerous books written by Regis<br />
"Bud" J. Bates. Created a comprehensive corporate identity for use on business materials,<br />
websites, and other branding elements.<br />
