SPACERS FOR PIPELINES CASED CROSSINGS

RACI quality controlAll Raci tests are carried out in our internal laboratory according to the UNI EN 527standard. For each production batch, we test 10 specimens which verify complianceto our standards. (see TABLE A).When the mechanical characteristics are satisfied, we guarantee the productionof the specific batch by marking every elements with the corresponding batchnumber. This allows to trace the story of each element.During the production phase, all pieces are tested accordingto their project’s drawing.Before packaging, visual inspection ensures that the overallquality reaches our standards.RACI quality dept. also provide sample-surveys by installinga few elements on a pipe and checking them throughan ageing test which is carried out in the climatic chamber.This test will last for 15 days. The temperature excursion rangewill be from -20° C to +80° C.
