all your purchases, data and ticketing
information on a single card - including
online payments and anything you pay for
at Guest services. use it for everything
from accessing lifts, to booking your
lessons and renting your gear.
Make sure you carry your mypass with you at all times.
Use mypass as your lift pass
Put your mypass card in your jacket pocket away from any
electronic objects or other cards. Your mypass is automatically
scanned as you pass through the gate at each lift.
NB: Proximity to electronic devices such as phones causes interference
and will prevent your mypass from scanning correctly.
Use mypass to rent your equipment
mypass stores all your rental information on your profile
so we know what set up you need. This makes getting the
right gear quick and easy.
Use mypass to book lessons
If you’ve bought lessons online you can go straight to
the Snowsports or Guest Services desk on the mountain
to check in.
Use mypass as your on-mountain debit card
Leave your wallet at home. Pre-load your mypass card
with money to spend anywhere on our mountains. Load
your family’s mypass cards with a daily allowance. All
unused credit can be refunded.
